The following is a synopsis of the booklet “Sixty Days or Else”, a step by step approach produced by Plaza Realty, basis of their award-winning program for sellers:

STEP ONE:

Don’t Leave Money On The Settlement Table!
Pricing your house to sell is the most important part of a successful sale. Realtors use the technique of using houses comparable to yours that have recently sold to determine approximately what yours is worth. We make sure you get the Highest price possible for your house.

STEP TWO:

DON’T ALLOW THE HOME INSPECTION TO SABOTAGE THE SALE!

YOUR HOUSE IS MARKETED 24 HOURS A DAY – 7 DAYS A WEEK

While an ambitious Marketing Plan is very important, it is difficult to plan an effective strategic marketing campaign without finding out what the buying public thinks. To best succeed in selling a house, it is first important to find out what buyers think. First we advertise, then track our ads to find out what works and doesn’t. Every Ad we run is tracked; if an ad doesn’t generate demanding interest, we change it, fast.

STEP FIVE:

Will a realtor give your house their undivided attention after you sign a contract to list your house? If not, Why not? Your Marketing Realtor knows more about your house than anyone else. What results is that our agents, who have promised you results, are motivated to sell your house in 60 days or else. Each lead can turn into the buyer of your house, and we want the most interested, and motivated person to handle that lead.

STEP SIX:

Most realtors use gimmicks Just to trick you to sign an Agreement. Don’t be fooled!!! It could cost you time and money. The GIMMICK “Low Ball Pricing” some realtors use is to get you to sign the agreement for six months or more. The only marketing is the sign in front of your house. You can’t get maximum results with little or no effort.

STEP SEVEN:

The biggest complaint from sellers is the lack of communication. Constant communication between the seller and the agent is the key to the successful sale of the property. You will receive weekly progress reports, buyer feedback, and marketing strategies, as well as the agent’s phone and pager numbers and more.

I can’t thank you enough!

I can't thank you enough for selling my house. As you know, I tried for almost a year and a half with no luck to sell it myself.

I had even reduced the asking price several times totaling $12,000 and still I couldn't sell it.

When I turned it over to PLAZA REALTY to market and sell, it took only TWO months to get it SOLD. By the way, I received, even MORE, money when you sold it than when I was trying on my own.
